Questions about uploading pics

I can't seem to upload my pic for my avatar or load pics for my blog. Can anyone help?

Maybe the pic is too big. Try something under 200 pixels. See if that works.

Everytime I try to load a pic and I click update info it goes to the Can Not Display Page. Like its a bad link. I also cannot load pics from my comp to my blog.
