Hi, folks. As you can see, we have made a major upgrade to TwoRags with the switch to vBulletin. As many of you know, vBulletin is one of the most popular and powerful forum systems on the web. What's more exciting is that we have completely integrated its features into TwoRags.

For example, when on the myhome page you can send and reply to private messages (PM)and link to forum posts of any user. When you receive a PM you will be notified on the top of any TwoRags page. We have also integrated vBulletin's user profile into the site, so you can now save all of your IM profiles and other users will be able to learn more about you right from within your myhome page (simply choose to edit your profile from either myhome or vBulletin) and all of the new features will become apparent.

In the coming weeks we will continue to add more and more vBulletin features into the site. Our next plans will be to use vBulletin's threaded discussion in place of our commenting features on the Blogs. This will allow for in depth and meaningful discussions on blog and trip reports.

While integrated the TwoRags login process with vBulletin we decided to allow users to use their screen name to login. The system will still accept your email address, but you now have a choice to use either of the two.
