Need help with betting

excuse my newbie questionm, but who will start the betting round once the big and small blind put in the money to start the game? and who starts the second, third and last betting rounds?

The seat to the left of the big blind is first to act (bet) then clockwise all the way around to the big blind who has the option to check or bet. Then you see a flop. After the flop, the betting starts on the small blind and continues clockwise to all the people still in the hand. This repeats on turn and river cards. (Note: Under the gun or UTG is the seat to the left of the big blind, the CO or cutoff is the seat to the right of the dealer button, dealer button is the button, BB is big blind, SB is small blind. Hope this helps.

Only thing I can add is that the hand (still in play) first to the dealers left is the one to start after the flop. (the small blind if it has not folded)
