QuickOdds

Use QuickOdds to determine winning percentages (odds) against other players.

First, select the options you’d like using the Options button; options include: graphic or text input, number of opponents, whether or not you’d like to see tie percentages and whether you’d like to see winning percentages or odds or both.

If you choose to input your hands using the text input method, use the following short-hand convention:

A = ace
K = king
Q = queen
J = jack
T = ten
9 = 9
8 = 8
etc.
2 = 2

c = clubs
h = hearts
s = spades
d = diamonds

For example, the ten of diamonds and four of clubs would input: Td 4c. Similarly, the ace of spades and king of hearts would be input: As Kh. The inputs are not case-sensitive.

If you choose to input the hands using the graphical interface, simply select the image of the card held. To change the suits of the cards presented, click on the desired icon (spades, clubs, hearts or diamonds). If you make a mistake with the input, click on the card you’d like to change and select the desired card from the “deck.”

If you’d like, you can input the pot amount into the input box given and the QuickOdds calculator will tell you what’s the maximum bet that would warrant a call based on the given hand match-ups and pot odds.

If you leave the Pot $ box blank, the QuickOdds calculator will give the winning percentages and pot odds and leave the Max call column blank.

If you’d like to run another selection of hands, click the Clear button and repeat the input process.
