The Crypto-Logic network of poker sites does not accept US players.
InterPoker, like other CryptoLogic skins we reviewed (SunPoker, WilliamHill) is popular with ring game players for its loose ring games and regular monthly bonus. Specifically, InterPoker gives $90 to any player who deposits $25 or more and plays 5x the bonus amount in raked hands. $90 every month...that's like...um...1000 bucks a year! Make no mistake, it's a pretty basic site/network, but the software is fast and reliable, the graphics are fine and there's unlimited multi-tabling. If you're a tournament player, you'll play the site selectively--tourney fees don't count toward clearing bonuses, the MTTs turnouts are relatively light, and the SnGs have a steep blind structure. Overall, there are sites with better software, more players and better tournaments, but if you're a ring game player looking to build your bankroll, the monthly bonuses are just too reliable to pass up. Work InterPoker (and other CL skins) a few hours a month. |

Why you should play the site
|

- Playing the site is a nice change from Party, Stars, etc. |

- There's no limit to the number of tables you can open
- If you have more than $20 in your account, you can prop a game and earn $10+/hr
- The ring games have minimum reload amounts; make sure you have plenty of buy-ins available; you need to leave the table to reload your account
- Ring games are offered in dollars, euros and GBPs
- On the "lightning" tables players have less time to act; the hands/hour is higher...and raked hands pile up faster
- Note: don't get cute on the lightning tables; you'll be sick when your full house gets folded while you're planning your bet |

For the tournament player
|
|
- Check our SnG blind structure; the one posted on the site is inaccurate
- If you're a Party or Stars player, you'll need to adjust your SnG strategy; here the blinds jump 100% in each of levels 4-6
- Be selective with the MTTs; only a few have enough entries to be worthwhile
- Tourney fees don't count toward clearing bonuses
- The guaranteed tournaments rarely offer an overlay
- Tournaments are held in dollars, euros and GBPs
- The player stats function doesn't work for tournaments |

- IP offers $90 monthly reload bonus; you need to play 5x the bonus in raked hands to clear it

- Wm Hill (another CL skin) pays 5 GBP/hr for your 1st five hours of play in the month |

- Make sure you have plenty of money in your account if you're playing the site; you can't reload your account during a game and you'll want to take advantage of propping opportunities
- The CL skins don't conflict with each other; you can play multiple sites at once
- For purposes of clearing bonuses, $1, 1 GBP and 1 euro of rake count equally (the site terms each a "unit"); since $1 < 1 euro < 1 GBP, it's cheaper to clear the bonus at dollar denominated tables. |

| The InterPoker (CryptoLogic) software is fast, intuitive and allows unlimited multi-tabling. You'll find the lobby is easy to navigate and offers relevant table info (flop %s, ave pot, etc.). At the table, you'll find the standard features you've come to expect from a top site�pot and bet amounts, real-time hand histories, table options, notes, table stats. On the negative side, the real-time HH function works well, but mucked hands are not visible. In addition, the session stats seem sketchy and there's no player search feature. As for the table play, the action is easy to follow (bet and pot amounts are clear; note though, the font size could be bigger) and the betting buttons are large and intuitive. The raise button is a RAISE TO button. There's no option to post a player image; you'll have to post your kid's picture elsewhere. Oddly, you have to leave the table to access the cashier to buy additional chips and the cashier section was always slow to respond. That said, InterPoker offers an excellent page to monitor your progress clearing the regular reload bonuses. |
