| If you're a new player or one looking to build a bankroll in a new site, you'll really like Poker.com. The minimum deposit via NETeller is $25, and there's a good selection of micro-limit ring games (mostly NL). In addition, there are 8-10 daily $100 freerolls and a weekly $20K freeroll for players putting in roughly 200-700 hands of play. The ring game and SnG play was as loose as we've seen, and since it's not PokerTracker compatible, starting players won't be overwhelmed with sharks. You'll like the selection of SnGs and love the blind and level info available on the table (more sites should do this!), and the weekly MTT (Sun, 5:15p EST) has a fat 50% overlay. The software offers tons of nice features including an exceptional HH reviewer and superb player notes, and the recent upgrade (Poker.com 3.0) offers scalable windows, three multi-tabling options (tabbed tables, tables in separate windows or tables in a grid format) and a bet pot button. The site's website is quite informative, and there's a website (www.pokercs.com) dedicated entirely to customer service. Overall, if you're a starting player or one that wants to build a bankroll from scratch via freerolls and overlay tournaments, Poker.com is a nice choice. |

| Ring game play clears bonus? |
yes |
| You'll earn 3-10 "comp points" per hand played depending upon the size of the game. Points are awarded in blocks of 15 (i.e. after 15 hands). 150 comp points are needed to clear $1. A $2/$4 limit game generates 5 comp points per hand; at 70 hands/hr, you'll earn 350 comp points/hour (350/150 = $2.33). |
| Tournament play clears bonus? |
yes |
| Tournaments award a fixed comp point amount which varies by tournament; the amount is shown in the tournament details screen when you register. 150 comp points are awarded for a $20+$2 SnG; therefore, 50% of your entry fee is rebated while clearing a bonus. |

- Some of the most gruesome ring game and SnG play we've seen
- Exceptional hand history feature and a "rabbit" feature; see Software review below
- Detailed player notes and search feature
- Great lobby, tournament and table info
- Blind and level info shown on the table in SnGs

- The tables graphics are handsome but cluttered (avatars, accolades for players, nice card graphics, rich colors, hardwood floors...but tiny fonts, small bet buttons); as a result, the action can be hard to follow
- There aren't many higher limit games (activity tapers off above $1/$2)
- Satellites to larger tournaments often fail to fill up
- Omaha is offered but few games were spread
- Customer support has yet to respond to our emails |

| Poker.com's feature-rich software is very impressive but takes some getting used to. The lobby is intuitive and offers complete table info for both ring games and tournaments. At the table, you'll find session stats, the ability to take detailed player notes and categorize them and the best hand history reviewer we've seen. The site also offers a unique "rabbit" option: if you win a pot before all community cards have been dealt, you can opt to "rabbit". To "rabbit" means to have the remaining community cards dealt to see what would have happened if the other players decided to play on. There's no cost to "rabbit", but you must also show the rest of the players your hole cards. Also, the recent upgrade (Poker.com 3.0) added the option of multiple tables in separate windows and scalable windows. To be honest, the table's starting to get cluttered (avatars, player accolades, chat bubbles, hardwood floors) and the fonts are pretty small, so the action can be hard to follow if you're not paying close attention. This can be alleviated somewhat by scaling the window to a larger size. Overall, though, you'll like this software; other sites will no doubt want to copy some of its unique features. Special mention to the site's www.pokercs.com customer service site; it offers awesome hand histories, a real money ledger (your game results) and many other highly useful features. |
| Poker.com offers one of the finest hand history viewers we've seen. HHs are available real-time for review; earlier HHs are available via the web. Both viewers are clear and easy to follow. Note though, that tournament HHs don't seem to be available via the web. As of Jun 06, Poker.com is not supported by PokerTracker. |
