Just a small word of warning concerning Dubai: I heard that they're absurdly strict about not importing any kind of drugs into their country. So watch out you don't have even the slightest sign of weed on you! I've read that people were put to jail, because they found a speck of cannabis weighing less than a grain of sugar on their clothes.

Don't know how much of that is true, but well, would be a shame if your trip was stopped in Dubai already
