So im stuck at home for the next week or 2 with my family. I probably won't play a whole lot cause it's too hard for me to focus on playing cash games on a laptop for a long period of time and with all the crap from my family they dont really allow me much time for MTT's. Anyway I figured while im here i might as well get started trying to write one of these blogs things and see if i can make it worth reading.
Still on a kind of shitty downswing. Part of it is my inability to allow myself to fully focus on 1 time of game, be it cash or MTT's. I know im not putting in the volume i need to counter the variance of MTT's but it's kind of a pain to get more cash online and it is extremly taxing to grind out the smaller stake MTT's. Have talked with a few people about staking deals, but nothing really has come up that is fair and worthwhile for myself and the potential backer.
The goodnews is that while i still don't think i've dug myself out of said downswing I do believe it has slowed and i'm plugging leaks in my game such as spewing in cash games and making fewer bad plays deep in MTT;s. Sad part is since i don't run good it has been I either make a really bad and stupid play deep or i run bad. Did make 2 FT's in 1k+ fields the other day but lost AA < AK 3 handed in 1, and got crippled on bubble and thus finished 9th in the other. Have a bunch of FT bubbles, which on the plus side means im going deep ALOT.
Anyway enough ranting about this, i'm gonna try and dig up my old WSOPC win trip report and since im on my laptop i might be able to restore the ending of it and get that posted along with it.
