First, learn to use a hand converter.

About the hand,
You've got 40BB's, the pot is ~$36 and you have ~$74 in your stack. $74/$36= 2 SPR (stack to pot ratio.) You're committing on almost any non-Ace flop w/ this SPR. This flop is a gross one, do you have the Kh in your hand? If you're going to stay w/ the hand, then bet enough to commit you on the flop or turn. As in a pot sized bet, i.e. $40 on flop, I'd probably go ahead and push this flop w/ only $34 behind a PSB.

Overall, I think you played this very poorly and you were very fortunate to come out w/ a winning hand here as you lose to several straights, 2 pair hands, and not to mention flushes.

My only advice that Landlord hasn't given is don't short stack if you can not do it well. Especially at 1/2 because the regs will straight crush you. Move down and play 50NL and take the long tough road to success, or you might find yourself reloading more than once just to short stack 200NL again.

FLOP QJT

Now, i am nervous with the flop and river .. i know im already pot commited. but with 2 villains and 1 all in. the board has a flush and straight draw. should i continue to push with that on board at the river... or what would be the correct play there?
