I have loved card games since I was a kid back in Brooklyn, a long time ago. Probably learned the rules of poker and played with my buddies at the age of about 8. Gambling was in our blood and we would play not only card games like poker and different rummy games, but also Mah Jong, one of the most popular gambling games among the Chinese people and our Brooklyn mothers. We played for baseball cards, marbles and whatever small change we could get our hands on.
I became hooked on all the poker games on ESPN and it fascinated me enough to start a poker club with my buddies. I travel a lot and have visited some interesting poker rooms around the country and here in California. I am honing my skills with the guys and hope to get more involved in outside games.
