You had a question about the food comp that I talked about on my blog. Just stop by the Rewards Cards area when you walk into the casino (just past the Million Dollar Wall). Get a card, then when you put your name onto the list downstairs in the poker room, have them check you in. They'll scan your card and you'll be on the clock. GL, and flopping sets is fun!!!01/31/08

Try and book the hotel rooms at the Shoe with your players card early on Monday morning for the weekend. That is when I got my best room rates. I have even been able to get comped rooms before. Hit me up next time you go over to the Shoe.02/04/08

Saturday Nite

I played Last Saturday nite at the Horseshoe in Bossier, and the action was good, and loose, lots of new players.
I played for an hour, and was up a little, when I got 10s, I bet 15, was called by six players, a 10 came on the board, trips!, I bet 50, and was called by 3 players, this was 1-3 game, I though I would get one, I was sick, one of these is going to draw out on me, so I went all in to take the pot, all folded , one called, had a pair, I doubled up, but that was how the action was for the evening , I think I like it on Saturday nite. I never played there during the week.
