...is that you don't talk about ones that haven't hit in awhile. No sooner had I hit Save Changes on my prior post when some guy with quad 9s crushed quad 4s on a 2/2 NL table. The cage is now $49,500 lighter and all the old-timers in the 4/8 game
are shaking there heads in disgust at my rookie mistake. "Son, it's like a no hitter..."

Too funny. How do you insure against this? Do you just reserve money from each pot?

Yeah, we pull a buck from each pot and use it to fund jackpots and such. Commerce, Bike...same thing. We're house-funded, meaning that we are limited to what we take in jackpot drop; Commerce and Bike are player-funded, meaning that they give away just what they take, less an admin fee, of course.
