Just a quick update. I recently did an interview for pokertips.org.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm a pretty brutally honest guy when it comes to my life, and posting these blogs. When they asked what would've happened to me if poker hadn't worked out for me or if I hadn't found it, my answer was "I'd probably be dead."
As over dramatic as it may seem, I have fairly strong convictions that, if I hadn't found poker, that would've been the case.
Poker came into my life just at the right time. As most of you know by now, I was 16 and begun undergoing a series of operations that were torturous, mentally and physically. I feel as though without poker I could have easily became a statistic.
I received a lot of criticism from a blog I wrote awhile ago, "How I got into poker part 3.5." I really just want to say that most of that entry was copy-pasted from my logs back from when I was 17. It really was the worst time of my life and I'm somehow still with us today.
